These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RentBots website and robot rental services operated by The Robot Studio. By using our site or requesting a rental, you agree to these Terms.

1. Rental Services

RentBots provides short-term rentals of humanoid and educational robots for corporate events, trade shows, keynotes, brand activations, and other approved uses. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings and Quotes

Rental requests submitted through our website or by email are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation and any required deposit has been paid. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote and are based on the event details you provide.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by event and robot. Generally, bookings cancelled more than 30 days before the event may receive a full refund minus processing fees; cancellations within 30 days may be subject to forfeiture of the deposit or full rental fee. Please refer to your rental agreement for specific terms.

4. Use of Robots

Rented robots must be used in accordance with the instructions and safety guidelines provided. The client is responsible for the robot during the rental period, including damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized operation. Robots may not be used for illegal, dangerous, or harmful activities.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentBots and The Robot Studio are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the robot or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the rental in question.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, and robot names, is the property of The Robot Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Robot Studio is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.
